| Ice Melt - Please use Magnesium Chloride! |
Posted on Dec 17th, 2010
With the first snowfall of the year, we want to remind all homeowners to use only Magnesium Chloride-based ice melts.
Please do NOT use SALT (Sodium Chloride). Salt-based ice melts are very damaging to the concrete and will cause the concrete to crack and lose its surface layer. |

| Outer Loop Irrigation Contract Signed! |
Posted on Aug 10th, 2010
Earlier this summer, irrigation was installed around homes in the inner loop of Wharton's Bluff Parcel A. Good news! The contract for irrigating the outside loop at Wharton's Bluff Parcel A has been signed! The cost of this project is included in the current budget, and was, in fact, the reason the dues went up this year. There should be no additional dues increase for this project. Installation will begin as soon as the boring company can schedule us. Miss Utility will be out to flag and mark the community. We ask that you do not disturb these markers. Once this project is complete, Wharton's Bluff Parcel A will be completely irrigated! |

| Pool Swipe Card System Online! |
Posted on Jun 14th, 2010
The new pool swipe card system has been activated! Make sure to bring this card with you when you go to and from the pool. Also, make sure not to lose this card! There is a replacement fee of $35 per card!
Also, some residents have had disciplinary actions imposed against them and neither they nor their guests are allowed access to the pool. If they have been given a card, it will not work with the swipe system. That said, please do not hold or open the gate for anyone except your own party while at the pool. If you see anyone climb the fence, please try to take a picture of the person(s) and call 911 immediately! Also, let us know using the information on the "Contact Us" page!
Thanks and have a great summer! |

| Inner Loop Irrigation Online! |
Posted on Jun 4th, 2010
The inner loop irrigation (for homes around the pond) is nearly complete and has been turned on! We do not have a schedule yet to distribute, but we will post and send it out when available! In the meantime, please keep the irrigation system in mind before going to bed at night with regards to car windows and weather-sensitive items outdoors.
ATTN. HOMEOWNERS WITH EXISTING SYSTEMS:
You may have noticed that your yards were totally skipped with this project. There was a misunderstanding with the installer regarding your yards! You will be contacted in the near future regarding the community irrigation plans for you yard! |
